Ryukyu Kempo
Kata
Many of the techniques taught in Ryukyu Kempo can be dangerous if practiced on fellow students. The ancient Marial Arts masters created Katas to train students in the self-defense moves and techniques in a safe and effective manner. By practicing the moves with you body while you practice the self-defense techniques in your mind, you will become adept at using these techniques, at full power, when needed.
